The Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the International Association of social services have sign a memorandum of understanding and collaboration for promotion of conception of “null traumatism”.
According to the Ministry of Labor press service, the parties come to an agreement on cooperation with the aim of promoting and developing a global campaign of the “null traumatism” concept.
According to the Ministry of Labor press service, the parties come to an agreement on cooperation with the aim of promoting and developing a global campaign of the “null traumatism” concept, which priority is to improve safety, hygiene, working conditions and general working conditions in the context of the respective missions, strategies, competencies and resources.
According to the memorandum, the Russian Ministry of Labor became an official partner of the global campaign of the “null traumatism” concept that was launched in Singapore on September 4, 2017 at the XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work.
Seven "golden rules" of the “null traumatism” concept:
Become a leader - show commitment to principles.
Identify threats - control risks.
Define goals - develop programs.
To create a system of occupational safety and health - to achieve a high level of organization.
Ensure safety and hygiene in the workplace, when working with machines and equipment.
To increase qualification - to develop professional skills.
Invest in the staff - motivate through participation.
