Rostechnadzor is going to inculcate the ongoing remote monitoring system of industrial safety at the hazardous industrial facilities
The system “Electroniy inspector” is planned to inculcate in Russia. This system helps owners and users of hazardous industrial facilities to submit to preliminary verification of implementation of safety requirements. The users can stand the test in the private accounts.
This information was reported by the state secretary - Deputy of head of Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor) Alexander Rybas. He took part into a discussion on results of enforcement practice of Ural management of Rostechnadzor for 2017 in Chelyabinsk.
“The program set” automatically analyze the safety status at the facility, to form a list of violations and give the information about sanctions that is applicable to such violations by real Inspector” – said Alexander Rybas.
According to him in recent years, the number of accidences at industrial facilities were decrease in spite of reduction the number of monitoring by supervisory body. It became possible thanks for development of monitoring system in the country.
