"Tchaikovsky textile" will be spent on modernization of production of more than 2 billion rubles
More than 2 billion rubles to invest, OOO "Tchaikovsky textile", a project on complex modernization of production lines. Production capacity after completion of all work in 2020 will be about 40 million meters.
In August 2017 will be launched modern weaving plant, which will increase the volume of manufactured goods five times and to automate production, according to RBC with reference to the press service of the company.
In late July, acting Governor of the Perm edge Maxim Reshetnikov visited the modernized production of the company and praised the work of the new equipment, noting the high level of productivity and the marketing of products.
The project started in 2012 and part of the equipment is already installed and running. The upgraded production line will produce high-tech fabrics of the Russian manufacture of workwear, to increase the volume and quality of production, reduce the import share from 58% to 38%. The total volume of production of "Tchaikovsky textiles" on the market of fabrics for workwear and military uniform in 2016 amounted to 14%. Due to the phased commissioning of new production lines, the company expects to increase this figure to 16% in 2017 and to 19% in 2018. In 2017 will be approximately one million meters of fabric for school uniforms.
Reference: For the implementation of the project, the company received a loan from the industrial development Fund 297 million rubles, and subsidies for modernization.
