Skincare transferred business processes on the gaming platform
In September 2017 it will be a year of "Terraforming" - the game that introduced into the business processes of Skincare. The new system motivates employees not only to better performance but also to personal development and also allows us to estimate workload, prioritise tasks and to rally the team. Transparent system of bonuses and unusual prizes to inspire and increase involvement in the work process.
"Terraformatsiyu" is a new interface of the operating system, which looks like a browser game on the space theme. Every employee has its own login and is included in "gaming" the crew of the ship. Each crew member has their own role and tasks the management and other employees. For each completed task the staff gets the resources: crystals, gold, silver, wood, oil, metal and stone. Gaming crystals are converted into a monetary award. The rest of the resources go to the "salvation" of the planet that is used as a gaming currency in the "Terraforming". They can spend in the shop prizes at "leveling" your character (i.e. himself). For example, to obtain a subscription to a fitness club, refresher courses, or learning a foreign language, a movie ticket, and even the right to delay.
Plus resources to purchase towers and to identify with them through their territory (after all, each Department as a team, need your piece of the "land"). The wider the boundaries, the more the team gets additional crystals that can be removed from the game in terms of money.
The tasks in the game are given a period of 30-31 day, resources for their implementation are awarded at the beginning of next month. Who is more responsible in this period, more resources and a higher place in the ranking of players. This table is updated monthly. Leaders chart get additional rewards (e.g. double the prize).
In the new system the importance of the functionality each employee can evaluate not only company management, but also managers and ordinary managers. This helps relate the workload of an employee's overall work plan and quickly understand who the company's most busy and who can add assignments.
According to the biannual "Terraforming" increased involvement of employees in the work process and the life of the company, to assess the degree of workload of each team member and to form a clear system of rewards for those who perform tasks beyond its layout and functionality. In the future, "Terraformatsiyu" will be even closer to a tactical online strategy. These plans had been formed and come to life.
